Workshop:  Tuesday, May 20 • 9 am-4 pm • United Church of Santa Fe (where the Sewcial was held)
For the lecture • Debbie will share how she developed her own technique for fusing fabric to make extraordinary beautiful quilts.  Debbie will bring many samples of her work because she lives just down the road in Albuquerque!
For the workshop •Price is $42.00 ($20 for class fee and $20 for kit fee.) Your kit will include all the materials you need to complete an 11"x14" landscape in your choice of style and colors.  "A cup of tea makes everything better."  •

When? Saturday, June 14
Time?  Doors open 10 am
• Party begins 10:30 am
Where? Santa Fe Woman’s Club
Why? Annual Guild Summer Gathering Event

Come join in a lively gathering of our membership for High Tea on Saturday, June 14. Wear your prettiest frock and of course a special hat (aka fascinator) to make it quite British. (Did you know fascinators can be crafted with an inexpensive headband and some tulle? Easier still, a fascinator can be purchased on Amazon for under $10.) There will be a prize for best hat/fascinator and lots of door prizes, so please plan to attend.

Members are asked to bring a sweet or savoury finger food or dish of any kind, and please remember your serving utensils for your dish! The Guild will provide plates, cups for hot or cold tea or ice water, napkins and eating utensils.

If you are so inclined (and we most certainly hope you are!) set up for the event begins at 10 am when the doors open, and we could use help spreading tablecloths. Post-event cleanup will commence no later than 1:30 pm, and we could use help with that as well. We do NOT have to move tables and chairs anymore, so set up and clean up are really a breeze.

Pre-Meeting Tables

From the time doors open to when the actual meeting starts, there will be representatives of different activities available. If you're visiting our guild for the first time, stop by the membership table to join our guild or just take a membership form home with you.  Sign-ups for upcoming workshops or other activities are also usually available.  And, if you have completed blocks of the month, drop them off and pick up your raffle tickets for the block of the month drawing.

Block of the Month

Each month there will be a specific block pattern to follow. For every block you bring to the meeting you will receive one raffle ticket to win all the blocks created by members. So, the more blocks you create, the more chances you have to win!   For details on the current month's block, check the homepage.

Show and Tell

- Community Service Quilt Show and Tell
Each month, members share quilts, pillow cases and place mats they have created to donate to our community service projects.

- Quilts of Valor Quilt Show and Tell
After community service sharing, members who have made quilts for the Quilts of Valor project show their donations.

- General Quilt Show and Tell
Members are encouraged to bring in both finished quilts and quilts in progress to share with the guild.
