Judge: Judy Taylor returns as our Certified Quilt Judge (NAQCJ) Mini Groups: We are happy to announce that they will have more space this year and their popular telephone tag will be on display again this Fiesta. Advertising: As usual, we are desperate to find free or inexpensive advertising spaces. Please contact Kitty Squire or Barb Haner if you have any ideas. Hoping that you have some that are not on their list. So, don’t pick the obvious places. We are trying to be in MORE places around town or the state to increase our numbers so we can grow out show in 2026. We need more people to come in the door so we can grow. Social Medias: If you haven’t already, like us on Facebook. Here is the link. If you have a neighborhood association that you follow or post on, please learn how to post our postcard on their site, or at least make sure they will allow you to advertise our Quilt Fiesta. Word of mouth, family and friends are our best resources to get people in the doors. Website: You can find ideas, information, pictures of inspiration, forms and contact information for the Quilt Fiesta on our website. Here is the link. Vendors: Excited to see who is coming? There is a vendor page that tells you about each of our vendors and if you click on their picture, you will get a page of information about what they sell and where they are from, etc. Again, here is the link. Chomping at the bit to help? We will need you later, but for now you should be working on that quilt or quilts, making your ribbon toppers (if you need the base for them contact Cindy Barfield and she will some to you. There are instructions on the website, pictures of toppers to give you some ideas, and there will be a demo at retreat to show you how to finish them off and be glued to the ribbons. The other thing that you could start working on and being helpful is an item or items for the gift shop. We have depleted our inventory, and we really need you to do your thing. Again, the website has a Gift Shop Page. I hope you enjoy Nancy’s next article. They are very informative and helpful.

Judy and Kitty have taken on the role of Fiesta Raffle Quilt coordinators and are already on task. The chosen pattern is Jubilation, designed by Deb Tucker, Studio 180 Design (permission has been granted to use her pattern). We are using more southwest colors than appear in this picture, but the quilt design will remain as you see here.
